This position provides oversight and supervision to the Family and Community Partnership content area of the Head Start/Early Head Start Program, including parent involvement and social services activities as well as providing linkages with community agencies. Requires degree in Human Services, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Family Studies, Social Work, Family Services, Social Services, or related field. A degree is considered related only when it includes 6 or more courses in one of the above mentioned fields. Must have at least 2 years experience working with families, including family-centered family strengths model, resource and referral, case management, etc. Requires 1 year supervisory experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Have or be able to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire. Must have valid driver's license and may be required to use personal transportation to carry out job duties. Wage range: $17.05 to $22.03 per hour, dependent on education. Job requires successful completion of background checks.
