Cleans and maintains premises and buildings as required by the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) contracts. Dusts, sweeps, mops, scrubs, buffs and vacuums hallways, offices and entrance areas. Empties trash and garbage containers. Cleans and Sanitizes restrooms including restocking toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Handles custodial supplies, chemicals and equipment, maintaining proper use and records of supplies, chemicals and equipment. Adheres to company policies and procedures and safety regulations. Must be at least 18 yrs old. Related experience preferred. This position requires successfully completion of criminal records check. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, to perform duties on a daily basis is required. Frequently required to lift and/or more up to 50 pounds using proper techniques.
