Roberta Lee, Vice President of Finance, explains how she originally came to PMS and why she has stayed for so many years (20+). “I wanted to stop commuting and work in a non-profit company in Santa Fe, but one that was more diverse than a hospital. I had no idea at the time how diverse a company PMS really was, but that’s the fun and challenging part.
